Introduction to Lean – Participants will learn how to identify and apply foundational concepts and tools to promote continuous improvement and eliminate waste. (2 days classroom)
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt – This course builds on the Introduction to Lean course through the use of statistics, graphical analysis and more advanced problem solving tools. (4 days classroom)
Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification – Similar to Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt with additional requirements to complete a project and pass an exam for certification. (two 4-day sessions in a classroom separated by three weeks to allow participants to practice skills)
Developing and Executing Business Strategy – This short program covers how to develop and execute the elements of a foundational strategic model. (1/2 day classroom)
Introduction to 5S – Participants will learn the five principles, sorting, straightening, shining, standardizing and sustaining, to improve efficiency and safety in the workplace.
